RECENT COMMUNITY EVENTS
From school visits and church gatherings to local car shows and outreach events, every appearance is an opportunity to inspire others and strengthen the community.
School Visit • Indian Land Intermediate School
Speaking with the Next Generation
Returning to Indian Land Intermediate School was an opportunity to give back to the community that helped shape JT’s journey. During a visit with the STEM class, students explored the world of motorsports through hands-on experiences, including the race simulator and a close look at the Legend Car. From answering questions and signing autographs to sharing his path into racing, JT encouraged students to dream big and showed them that opportunities in motorsports are within reach, whether behind the wheel, in engineering, or through innovation.
Community Outreach • Kenaki Karate’s BE YOU Festival
Connecting Through Community
Invited by former karate instructor Sensei Connie, JT Performance was proud to participate in Kenaki Karate’s BE YOU Festival, a sensory-friendly community event that celebrates inclusion and connection. Throughout the day, families had the opportunity to explore the Legend Car, take photos, ask questions about motorsports, and experience the excitement of racing in a welcoming environment. By sharing his journey and encouraging curiosity, JT helped introduce new audiences to the sport while supporting an event dedicated to bringing the community together.
Car Shows • Community Cruise-Ins
Sharing the Racing Experience
From the Monroe Cruise-In and the OLD SKOOL HOT RODDERS Annual Cruise-In to the Father’s Day Cruise-In at Steele Hill A.M.E. Zion Church, every event is an opportunity to connect with fellow enthusiasts and introduce new audiences to motorsports. Visitors are invited to explore the Legend Car up close, hear the engine come to life, ask questions, and learn about JT’s journey both on and off the track. Through conversations, signed photo cards, promotional giveaways, and special moments like the Father’s Day raffle, each event creates lasting connections while sharing the excitement of racing with the community.
Church Outreach • Family & Friends Day
Connecting Through Faith and Community
Community is built through meaningful conversations, and Family & Friends Day at Shiloh A.M.E. Zion Church and United A.M.E. Zion Church provided the perfect opportunity to connect. By bringing the Legend Car to each event, JT invited families to explore the car up close, hear the engine come to life, and learn more about the world of motorsports. Through stories, demonstrations, and hands-on experiences, these gatherings created opportunities to inspire curiosity, build relationships, and share a passion for racing with people of all ages.
